Stack your check with a $50/day shift rate (when completing all 5 scheduled workdays), $30–$31.50 per NYC Borough stop, $30–$31.50 per Boston stop, $23–$24.50 per non-NYC stop ($19 base stop rate), $19–$20.50 for non-liftgate stops, $100 layover pay (hotel fully covered if a layover occurs), $15/hr detention pay (after the 1st hour), $160/day holiday pay, and safety performance bonuses. Paid orientation/training pays $200/day.
- Drivers are domiciled out of the East Granby, CT Yard facility and start/stop their shift locally at the terminal, supporting a regional supermarket distribution network.
- Operating within a 250-mile radius covering NJ, CT, MA, VT, RI, and NH (averaging 1,865 miles/week). Hauling fresh and frozen grocery inventory on 46'–53' temperature-controlled reefer trailers (multistop store deliveries averaging 31 stops/week). Driver assists with unloading 1–3 pallets per stop using an automatic or manual pallet jack. Drives modern automatic slip-seat day cabs.
- Daily Home Time: Get back to your own bed after every single shift! Choose between two 12–14 hour day-shift schedule options:
- Option 1: Sunday through Thursday schedule (start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM).
- Option 2: Tuesday through Saturday schedule (start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM).
- (Note: Drivers must expect to handle holiday dispatches as needed).
