Job Description:

Responsibilities

→End-to-end vendor lifecycle management, including vendor data collection, verification, and creation in SAP S/4HANA, prequalification via IntegrityNext, and follow-up on annual vendor assessments
→Execution of desk sourcing and AI-based sourcing initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities for low-value demands
→Coordination and administration of procurement systems such as Crowdfox and IntegrityNext
→Preparation, analysis, and follow-up of procurement reports to ensure data-driven decision-making
→Coordination of S/4HANA-related topics with global IT teams and Source-to-Operate (S2O) stream leads
→Purchase order creation and follow-up in S/4HANA as a backup for category buyers
→KPI tracking and performance monitoring to support continuous improvement

Bachelor degree or above
Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, including the Procurement module, Transportation Management (TM) module, and Master Data module.
1-3 years working experience in procurement especially in chemical industry
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables), Power BI, and Power Automate
