Senior Global Supply Chain Manager

Our Rondo Heat Batteries turn low-cost renewable electricity into continuous, high-temperature heat and power, enabling industrial facilities to replace fossil-fired boilers without costly process changes. • →Experience with industrial equipment procurement including FAT/SAT, commissioning milestones 
• →Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project structures and how Capex procurement interfaces with project delivery milestones
• →Experience with industrial equipment commercial frameworks including Milestone based payment terms, and EPA (Equipment Purchase Agreements),
• →Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, PFDs, equipment datasheets, and vendor technical submittals
• →Experience managing long lead equipment procurement such as boilers and other heat transfer equipment.

This role is hybrid, and necessitates being on-site at our Alameda HQ 2-3 days per week. The estimated annual salary range for this role is $185,000 to $220,000 and it would be eligible for Rondo's excellent benefits listed above plus additional compensation in the form of equity. Please note that some pay bands may have wide ranges of compensation to accommodate candidates' diverse sets of skill levels and experience.
