Test the fit during relief shifts: Complete relief shifts to discover hospitals that are a good culture fit.
Roo plays matchmaker: Once you’ve found a hospital you love, we’ll reach out to the hospital to confirm their interest.
Land your dream job & celebrate: Negotiate your contract with the hospital directly, then connect with us to manage any outstanding shifts.
If you and the hospital agree it's a fit, accept the offer. If not, keep exploring on your timeline.

Test the fit before you commit. Sample a variety of hospitals to get a real taste of clinic culture, caseload, and team before you are hired. Roo is free for Vets and there is no commitment until you accept an offer.
Bank extra income while you explore. Get paid to try out hiring hospitals, gain experience, and grow your network

An active veterinary license in good standing in the state(s) where you plan to work.
Clinical experience in general practice, emergency, or a specialty.
Openness to working a few relief shifts at a hospital before accepting a role there.
