Lehighton Kia is growing and looking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Title Clerk to our team.

We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and related paperwork accurately and efficiently
• Submit title work and documentation to PennDOT and financial institutions
• Verify all paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Process payoffs and assist with dealer trade paperwork
• Track outstanding titles and follow up on title issues when necessary
• Maintain organized deal jackets and office records
• Assist accounting and management with administrative support tasks
• Communicate professionally with customers, lenders, and state agencies
• Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Support the dealership office team with additional clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Automotive dealership or title clerk experience preferred
• Office, administrative, or clerical experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional communication skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to grow
