This role is for a hands-on technician who likes troubleshooting complex systems, working on burners and controls, and delivering reliable service in commercial and industrial settings. You'll service manufacturing plants, healthcare systems, schools, and large commercial buildings on all major boiler and burner brands, with a stable, employee-owned company that offers real advancement. • Full-time position with steady, year-round commercial work • Field-based with a company vehicle and rotational on-call • Pay rate up to $68/hr plus annual bonus opportunity • Employee-owned (ESOP): earn company stock toward retirement • Leadership path: mentor and develop junior technicians Responsibilities: • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on steam and hydronic boiler systems in commercial and industrial facilities • Execute start-ups, commissioning, and system optimization • Perform combustion analysis, burner tuning, and efficiency adjustments • Troubleshoot controls, pumps, condensate systems, DA tanks, and related boiler room components • Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, including low/high voltage, VFDs, and control systems • Support annual inspections with boiler tear-downs and rebuilds • Ensure compliance with PA boiler codes, OSHA, and NFPA standards • Lead by example in the field, mentoring and supporting junior technicians • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams • Document service work using mobile technology • Participate in the on-call rotation Requirements: • 5+ years of commercial/industrial boiler service experience • Strong knowledge of steam, hydronic, and burner systems • Experience with burner management and controls such as Siemens, Autoflame, Fireye, and Honeywell • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and combustion systems independently • High school diploma or GED required; trade/technical training preferred • OSHA certification and PA boiler license preferred • Valid PA driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Must provide your own basic hand tools • Ability to pass background check and drug screening This Job Is: • Open to Commercial/Industrial Boiler Techs with 5+ years of hands-on service experience • A strong fit for a senior tech ready to step into a mentoring and leadership role • A long-term opportunity with a stable, employee-owned company where you build ownership, not just a paycheck Requirements Requirements: • 5+ years of commercial/industrial boiler service experience • Strong knowledge of steam, hydronic, and burner systems • Experience with burner management and controls such as Siemens, Autoflame, Fireye, and Honeywell • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and combustion systems independently • High school diploma or GED required; trade/technical training preferred • OSHA certification and PA boiler license preferred • Valid PA driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Must provide your own basic hand tools • Ability to pass background check and drug screening Benefits Benefits: Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP), 401(k) with Weekly Company Contributions, Annual Bonus Opportunity, Comprehensive Medical with Low-Cost Options, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Company Vehicle
