Maintenance Manager- 1st Shift

• →Lead and manage daily maintenance operations.
• →Supervise, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and leads.
• →Establish expectations and hold employees accountable for safety, quality, and performance.
• →Assign and prioritize maintenance work based on production needs.
• →Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment.
• →Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
• →Manage preventive maintenance programs and equipment reliability.
• →Coordinate vendors, contractors, parts, tools, and maintenance inventory.
• →Partner with Production, FSQA, Warehouse, and Operations.
• →Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, GMP, SQF, HACCP, and food safety requirements.

• Proven experience leading and developing a maintenance team.
• Strong people-management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong industrial equipment troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Manufacturing maintenance experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
