ICT Officer

About Us Royal Institute is seeking a skilled, reliable, and dedicated ICT Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of ICT systems, providing timely technical support to staff and students, and ensuring the effective use and maintenance of technology across the school. We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled ICT Officer to join our team and provide reliable ICT support for the smooth operation of our school branch. Key Responsibilities Provide on-site ICT support to academic and non-academic staff and students. Troubleshoot and maintain computers, printers, network devices, hardware and software. Install, configure and update ICT systems and applications. Support internet, email and school software applications. Ensure regular system updates, data security and backups. Maintain ICT asset records and coordinate with vendors when required. Provide technical support for Edexcel IAL IT practical examinations. Assist staff with user accounts and access to Cambridge and Edexcel teaching and examination resources. Provide basic ICT training and maintain relevant ICT documentation. Provide first-level technical support for CCTV systems and other branch ICT requirements. Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role Good knowledge of hardware, software, Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in an educational environment and familiarity with Cambridge/Edexcel systems will be an added advantage An attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the selected candidate.
