Quality Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect products for defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
• Use measuring tools, including calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment, to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Test product functionality according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor ongoing production to ensure compliance with quality requirements and identify potential issues.
• Identify quality concerns and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Record inspection results, document defects, and maintain accurate quality records.
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate quality concerns to production personnel and management.
• Prepare detailed reports regarding defects, non-conformance, and other quality-related concerns.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor defects or inconsistencies.
  
• Team members are expected to perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor or management, as demands require.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methods.
• Understanding of measurement techniques and inspection equipment.
• Ability to analyze quality issues, identify potential root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
• Experience navigating and working within an ERP system.
• 1–2 years of experience working in a manufacturing quality control environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus.

Available Shift & Starting Pay:

Shift 1A

• Monday – Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
