Responsibilities

- →Manages new business and client services:
- →Meets with clients and starts new client forms processing.
- →Communicates with client, and manage their planning or account services needs promptly.
- →Follows up with clients as needed to make sure all paperwork is processed.
- →Case Management:
- →Manage cases that at different stages, proactively provide assistance needed to push the cases forward.
- →Communicates, implements, and ensures compliance with guidelines and policies:
- →Maintains compliance polices and documentation.
- →Manages the compliance and advertising approval process.
- →Develops and maintains written documentation (systems) of all activities.
- →Event Management and Marketing:
- →Handle logistical and marketing details for client events
- →Send out invites, coordinate with venue and maintain marketing database.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills to engage with our clients and our “crew”
- A learner’s mindset and an appetite for financial acumen, eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong attention to details, analytical skills, and problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
- Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously, accommodating unexpected requests or needs, and following through
- Ability to operate within tight deadlines
- At least one year of relevant experience in a financial or insurance services firm assisting with day-to-day operations preferred.
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Proficiency with financial planning and customer relationship management software is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience. Finance, economics, accounting, business, or related major preferred
- Reliability is an essential function.
