Job Title:  3PL Internship: Full-Time, (Hourly)

Job Overview:

R&S Interns will be paired with a mentor or mentors to ensure that the intern receives well-rounded exposure to many facets of both 3PL operations and administration.  The Internship role balances structure and flexibility, allowing interns latitude to discover their talents and grow their strengths.  Specific duties are subject to further definition based on the candidates’ skillset and area of study.  Duties may include:

• Manual Labor in a Warehouse Environment
• Forklift or other Powered Industrial Truck Operation
• Data Entry and Analysis
• Exposure to Human Resources, Marketing, and Customer Service Functions

Fundamental Job Requirements:

R&S Logistics Interns are able to perform the following tasks, with or without accommodations:

• Standing, Walking, & Sitting for Prolonged Periods
• Carrying Loads of Up To 20 Pounds
• Bending, Squatting, and Reaching
• Basic Computer Data Entry and Keyboarding
• Demonstrating Manual Dexterity and Cognitive Function Sufficient to Operate Warehouse Machinery
• Demonstrating Manual Dexterity Sufficient to Apply Miscellaneous Tracking and Other Labels to Customer Inventory & Shipments
