Audit Manager (Gaming Industry)

As our Audit practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and driven Audit Manager with Gaming Industry experience to join our dynamic team.

As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, with a particular focus on the gaming and iGaming sectors. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of audit quality, managing client relationships, developing team members, and contributing to the continued growth of the Audit practice.

• →Manage a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements, including gaming and other regulated entities.
• →Plan, coordinate, and oversee audit assignments from planning through completion.
• →Review audit working papers, financial statements, and deliverables to ensure compliance with IFRS, ISAs, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• →Lead, mentor, and develop audit teams, providing guidance and performance coaching.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• →Identify audit risks, evaluate internal controls, and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• →Monitor engagement budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
• →Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory obligations.
• →Support business development initiatives and contribute to the expansion of the Audit function.

• ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in external audit, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Previous audit experience within the gaming or iGaming sector is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams.
• Familiarity with MGA regulations and gaming-specific compliance requirements will be considered an asset.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and audit software.
