Payroll Specialist

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (Associate) who is passionate about working with clients, both local and international, across various industries.

• →Develop relationships with client personnel to facilitate completion of work and respond promptly and professionally to client requests for information
• →Follow engagement cycle processes & procedures
• →Managing payroll process for clients of medium complexity
• →Liaising with clients in relation to payroll being calculated
• →Challenging and updating information in the payroll software
• →Calculate payroll, including any necessary adjustments
• →Uploading of bank files
• →Issuing payslips
• →Assisting with month-end and year-end procedures as necessary
• →Keep internal monitoring tools up to date

• An MQF Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject or certifications in a relevant field
• Ideally have 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Have a good understanding of the payroll function and have knowledge of the NI rates & their use, and of the tax bands
• Be able to use the Office productivity suite and relevant IT software
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
