Regulatory Compliance Consultant

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Consultant to help shape the firm’s approach in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance domain and assist with client-facing projects. 

• →Advise clients on regulatory compliance requirements, including data protection, AML, sanctions, and industry specific regulatory requirements.
• →Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls.
• →Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities in compliance and financial crime frameworks.
• →Support regulatory reporting and ensure adherence to local and international standards.
• →Deliver training and awareness programs on compliance and financial crime topics.
• →Monitor regulatory developments and provide guidance on emerging risks and obligations.
• →Assist in audits, investigations, and remediation projects related to compliance breaches or financial crime incidents.

• 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or financial crime.
• An MQF level 6 in a relevant field such as Law, Criminology, Social Policy, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations such as FATF, EU AML directives, OFAC, GDPR and/or local regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with compliance monitoring tools and risk management methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
