Senior Solution Consultant – Atlassian Cloud Tools

Together with a team of experts, you will ensure that existing and future work management tools and services are well aligned with business needs. You will act as an internal consultant, driving the continuous improvement and strategic modernization of our solutions, with a strong focus on Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence and related apps) as well as Requirements Management tools. 

• Driving the continuous improvement and modernization of our work management tools and platforms 
• Advising internal teams and stakeholders on solutions across the Atlassian and work management landscape 
• Translating business needs into effective, user‑friendly tool solutions 
• Providing active support for technical questions, issue and problem handling, acting as an interface to stakeholders, partners and tool vendors 
• Supporting system reviews and collaborate with external service providers to ensure quality and performance 
• Sharing your expert knowledge in workshops and training sessions with internal and external stakeholders 

• University degree in field of computer science  
• Several years of experience in consulting, operating or developing work management tools  
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Atlassian Cloud (Jira, Confluence, apps)  
• Experience with requirements management tools is a plus 
• Experience in Python scripting and Rest API would be a plus 
• Proven project management skills 
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills  
• Structured, proactive and quality‑oriented way of working  
• Very good command of English
