RTC seeks to deliver the future today to our customers and community. Our number one priority has been to combine state-of-the-art technology and old-fashioned service to provide you and your business with the highest quality communications available.  Our mission statement is clear, yet, profound…. Seek, Serve, Smile!  Each employee is empowered to seek out ways to support and grow the business while serving one another and the communities around us.  And we want to do it cheerfully because we can enjoy our work, our co-workers, and our communities!

Company Background:

For over 75 years, RTC Communications and our team have served the communications and entertainment needs of our customers in Daviess, Martin, and Lawrence counties.  Nearly every home will be able to take advantage of the latest, state-of-the-art fiber-optic broadband network—comparable with any big city—in fact, better than most.

Some place along the way, it is assumed that the typical employee will have 10, 20, or even more jobs during their lifetime.  At RTC Communications, we defy conventional wisdom and have team members with decades of service.  Why?  Because they are fulfilled, not just economically but also emotionally.  Each person truly can see how what they do contributes to the success of the company and the happiness of our customers.  When you can draw the line between what you do and the customer, it is bound to be a positive equation that can create a great moment for you and the company.  At RTC, innovation, ingenuity, and integrity intersect with tradition . . . where you can also enjoy the security of a traditional retirement program along with the peace of mind from a healthcare plan that is second to none in our area.

Today, RTC Communications brings a multitude of services, which range from traditional dial tone with advanced calling features, to Voice Solutions, internet services, data networking, security hardware and software, and much more.  RTC provides a great work life, with health benefits that start from Day 1, along with a terrific 401K plan for retirement.
