From paint to lumber to flooring, over 200,000 such stores across the country sell over $1T of building materials annually using outdated, on-premises systems. We’re aiming to help them modernize so that they can continue to thrive.

Backed by leading investors including Battery, Bessemer and CRV, we've raised $48M across four rounds and are growing quickly: We're live in over 500 stores across the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean, and integrated with over 20 industry partners. Our team is made up of builders, sellers, and industry veterans with a shared goal: to bring modern technology to an overlooked industry.

We're hiring a recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our R&D teams: Engineering, Data Science, and Product. You'll run searches end to end, from the first intake conversation through the close, and help us build a hiring motion that keeps pace with a company growing this fast. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with our Head of Talent and partner directly with our CTO and Head of Data Science, with plenty of room to make the role your own.

• Elena: Talent leader who built recruiting teams and people infrastructure from zero at multiple high-growth startups; 3x Talent100 Global TA Leader and Forbes HR Council member. Aspiring carpenter, on a continuous exploration of varying and random hobbies and interests. 🐼 Based in Redwood City

• Shannon: (they/them) 9 years of experience in recruiting at software companies, mostly early stage venture-backed startups. When not at work, I’m probably knitting 🧶, or training in Medieval Longsword with the Chicago Swordplay Guild. ⚔️ Based in Chicago

• Amanda: Marketing Management grad from De La Salle University-Manila with a graduate degree in Landscape Architecture from University of the Philippines 🎓 Grew up spending summers in the Bay Area, which is how she found her way into recruiting for VC-backed startups. Former child triathlete now found on the tennis court, golf course, scuba diving, or out in the great outdoors 🌊🎾 Based in the Philippines

• Joee: Six years in RPO, supporting recruitment coordination. Psychology grad from the University of the East, Manila. Outside of work she bakes, crochets, and does production work. She also loves dogs, and a random reel can turn her whole day around 🐶. Based in the Philippines.

• Amrit (Data Science): studied CS & English at Cornell; Data Scientist at Enigma; Public Interest Technology Fellow at the New York Public Library. Enjoys mending, maintenance & buying junk on eBay.

• George: Software engineer who studied computer science and math at Stanford; previously interned at Meta and a couple of startups in Denver. Accidental marathon runner, four years deep into learning Spanish. Based in Redwood City.

• Kyle: Software engineer, CS at Stanford ('23); previously at Roblox on the data service powering experiences for over 100 million daily users. Runs a Vietnamese coffee pop-up on weekends at the San Mateo Farmers Market. Based in Redwood City

• Umer: Software engineer who studied CS at NUS; interned at Visa and a few startups in Singapore before joining as an intern and staying to build the product. Former national-level badminton player, current squash convert, identical twin. Based in Redwood City

• Redwood City, CA - 4 days in office

1. Andrew (CTO): studied computer science & humanities at Stanford, worked as a software engineer at Apple and head of engineering at Anova; danced with the SF ballet (where he met his wife)! 🩰

2. Nick (CEO): studied math & computer science at Stanford; worked as a trader at Bridgewater & Citadel and as a PM at Google & Enigma; distantly related to the founder of the Hershey company 🍫

We've raised $48m across four rounds:

1. A $2m pre-seed led by Kent Bennett at Bessemer with participation from Plug & Play, Quiet Capital, and Sequoia.

2. A $5m seed led by Caitlin Bolnick Rellas at CRV.

3. An $11m series A led again by Bessemer and CRV.

4. A $30m series B led by Battery.
