Department Manager - Outdoor Power Equipment

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years retail experience required
• 2 years management experience preferred
• Customer Service training preferred
• College Degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred

1. → Direct and coordinate the merchandising of assigned products.
2. → Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise within the assigned department.
3. → Ensure adequate inventory in all areas of assigned department.
4. → Assist customers with purchases.
5. → Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of assigned department product needs and other product information.
6. → Assist with the training and direction provided to new department team members.
7. → Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
