Retail Store Manager - Willmar, MN

Runnings has a career opportunity for a Retail Store Manager at our Willmar, MN retail location. The Willmar, MN retail location has approximately 87,000+ square feet of retail space. We are looking for an energetic, dedicated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and lead this retail location. A successful candidate will have prior retail management experience, prior leadership roles, and the ability to work an irregular schedule.

Total Compensation (Base Salary + Bonus): $88,000-$100,000/yr (Depending on Experience)

1. →Responsible for overall sales and expenses at assigned retail store.
2. →Direct and coordinate the merchandising of products.
3. →Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise throughout the retail store.
4. →Ensure adequate inventory in all areas.
5. →Assist customers with a full variety of needs including purchases, returns, special orders, complaints etc.
6. →Work closely with Retail Buyer(s) to ensure awareness of product needs and other product information throughout their assigned retail store.
7. →Ensure that safety is practiced when handling merchandise by employees and customers.
8. →Delegate authority to managerial personnel as deemed appropriate.
