Healthcare is complex. We’re here to change that.

RVO Health is a health technology company on a mission to make health easier to navigate, more accessible, and more affordable for everyone.

Here, you'll help over 40 million people every month, with a team that genuinely cares about the work and each other.

The Optum Medical Weight Loss-Registered Dietitian will be responsible for supporting the health and wellness initiatives for employees enrolled in the Medical Weight Loss (MWL) program.  This role will support the virtual MWL program by meeting with participants to educate on lifestyle and behavior modifications to improve overall health and wellness and support weight loss while providing a wealth of health care resources. When employees need advice on healthy habits, chronic condition management, and treatment, the virtual MWL Health Care Advisor will help employees in developing a personalized plan.  This role will be responsible for collaboration with the greater medical team.  Topics of coaching could also include stress management and exercise planning along with clinical support across a wide array of health topics and conditions.  For those who want to invent the future of health care, here's your opportunity. We're going beyond basic care to health programs integrated across the entire continuum of care. Join us to start Caring. Connecting. Growing together.

This role will also include hosting and executing virtual events and activities that encourage healthy living. To encourage employee participation, this role will work closely with the MWL operations team to promote events that support the MWL program.   Employee initiatives are a highly visible and strategic innovation initiative. With any innovation you can expect an environment that will continue to evolve on a regular and consistent basis.  The desired candidate will have an interest in helping define new health and wellness processes and be flexible in supporting change initiatives.
