Senior Associate FP&A - Pharmacy and Care

This role is the finance owner of RVO Health's Pharmacy & Care P&L — including our Cash Card business and Rx on Demand, our fast-growing asynchronous care solution. The Senior FP&A Associate owns these financials from revenue through EBITDA, builds the pricing and scenario models behind key business decisions, and presents performance to business leadership on a weekly basis. This is a high-visibility seat with unusually broad scope, in a business that is growing quickly and where priorities move fast. We believe great collaboration happens when we're together, solving problems, learning from each other, and connecting as a team. That's why we’re in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

• →Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• →3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
• →Experience owning or directly supporting a P&L, including responsibility for both revenue and cost drivers 
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• →Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
• →Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the ability to articulate complex financial results.
• →Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Healthcare, digital health, pharmacy, PBM, or payer experience
• Experience with an EPM or planning system (Pigment, Anaplan, Planful, OneStream, Adaptive, Hyperion)
• SQL or comparable data fluency; able to pull and validate data independently
• Experience with transaction-based or subscription revenue models

• Starting Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
