Contribute to continuous-improvement efforts by identifying friction points and providing input that sharpens client strategy and solution adoption.

Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program with strong academic performance.

At least one completed internship or working student position in a tier-one consulting firm.

Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups or scale-ups is an advantage.

Ability to manage shifting priorities and handle multiple workstreams in a dynamic operational context.

Structured problem-solving approach with resourceful, solution-driven thinking.

Strong analytical capabilities and comfort interpreting data for actionable insights.

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with high standards for clarity, accuracy, and presentation quality.

Fluent in English; German is a plus.
