  • Participate in technical reviews and strategy discussions to ensure inventory data accurately reflects approved development plans and gun barrel changes.
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Represent the Delaware Business Unit in cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives aimed at improving business processes, data management, and workflows.
  • Promote adoption of standardized processes, tools, and best practices within the business unit.

Technical Experience
  • Familiarity with ArcGIS Pro (ArcPro), geospatial concepts, and spatial data management, or demonstrated ability to learn these skills quickly.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of unconventional oil and gas development processes.
  • Experience working with drilling, completions, production, or subsurface datasets.
  • Exposure to Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, or process optimization initiatives.
  • Interest in developing as a Lean practitioner and contributing to operational excellence efforts.
