✓Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, network equipment, and peripheral systems at field sites.

✓Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of systems including servers, workstations, and network devices.

✓Document field activities, configurations, and issue resolution in accordance with program standards.

✓Collaborate with engineering, network, and cybersecurity teams to resolve technical issues.

✓Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies, including STIGs and system hardening requirements during installations.

✓Support logistics coordination for equipment, spares, and replacement parts.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in field service engineering, IT support, or related technical field.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and repair of IT or network systems.
Familiarity with hardware components, cabling, and basic network configurations.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance.
Ability to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in field environments.
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently on-site.

Experience supporting DoD or Navy fielded systems and remote sites.
Familiarity with ruggedized systems, tactical communications, or deployed environments.
Experience with imaging, system deployment tools, or configuration scripts.
Active Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance preferred.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Must be eligible to obtain a Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. Active clearances preferred. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
