We are a warm, welcoming, and hands-on household looking for someone who can become a trusted and valued member of our team. We appreciate people who take pride in their work, bring positive energy into the home, and genuinely enjoy helping create a smooth, organized, and enjoyable environment.

Our household is structured and busy, but not overly formal. We value collaboration, flexibility, and a team-oriented approach where everyone contributes in their own way. The right person will feel comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities while also knowing when to communicate, ask questions, and work alongside family members and other household team members.

We appreciate individuals who bring kindness, professionalism, and a calm presence to their work. Someone who enjoys connecting with others, creating welcoming experiences, and contributing to the rhythm of the household will thrive in this role.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic role that blends household support, cooking, organization, and family assistance. We are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, adapt to changing priorities, and approach each day with a helpful attitude. Discretion, trust, strong judgment, and the ability to build a positive long-term relationship with the household are highly valued.

  • Warm and Cheerful: You bring a positive, sunny presence into the home and enjoy creating a welcoming environment for our family and guests. A kind and approachable personality is an integral part of this role.
  • Calm Under Pressure: You remain composed and solutions-oriented when plans change or unexpected needs arise. You do not take feedback or adjustments personally and can adapt with ease.
  • Highly Organized: You naturally create structure, keep track of details, and ensure household needs are anticipated before they become urgent.
  • Proactive and Resourceful: You take initiative, identify what needs to be done, and find efficient ways to support the household without needing constant direction.
  • Discreet and Trustworthy: You understand the importance of privacy in a personal household and maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and good judgment at all times.
  • Strong Communicator and Team Player: You communicate clearly, collaborate well with household staff and vendors, and contribute positively to the overall team dynamic.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using technology, online platforms, digital calendars, ordering systems, and other tools that help keep household operations organized.
  • Flexible and Adaptable: You are comfortable with a role that changes based on the season, household schedule, travel needs, and family priorities.
  • Professional With a Light Footprint: You are warm and personable while also knowing how to read the room, respect boundaries, and maintain a thoughtful presence in the home.
