Full-Time House Manager

• →Communicate clearly and professionally with the owners, household staff, vendors, service providers, and other authorized contacts.
• →Provide timely updates regarding household needs, completed work, vendor activity, inventory concerns, pet needs, property concerns, and unresolved issues.
• →Ask questions when instructions, priorities, or household preferences are unclear.
• →Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and exercise discretion in all interactions.
• →Maintain confidentiality regarding the owners, residences, schedules, travel, guests, security practices, business activities, and personal information.
• →Work independently while keeping the appropriate representative informed of significant issues.
• →Maintain accurate household lists, schedules, records, and tracking systems as needed.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving between multiple local properties using a company-provided vehicle
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire
• Maintain a smoke-free environment
• Low-fragrance or fragrance-free products are preferred to align with our household

• Frequently stand and walk throughout multiple residences and while completing errands.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, squat, and move between different working positions.
• Frequently use hands and arms to perform household organization, laundry, kitchen upkeep, shopping, plant care, pet care, and related duties.
• Frequently climb and descend stairs.
• Frequently lift and carry groceries, laundry baskets, packages, household supplies, pet supplies, and similar items.
• Frequently push and pull vacuums, carts, luggage, trash and recycling containers, and other household items.
• Regularly enter and exit vehicles and drive throughout the local area
• Regularly walk, handle, and exercise two large dogs

• Work is primarily performed inside private residences within 25-minutes of each other, with regular local travel between residences and to stores, service providers, veterinary offices, and other locations.
• The residences are smoke-free environments.
• Low-fragrance or fragrance-free products are preferred in accordance with established household practices.
• The position regularly works around two large dogs, household cleaning and laundry products, owners, guests, household staff, vendors, and changing household activity.
• Occasional outdoor work is required while caring for dogs, receiving deliveries, tending to planters, or completing other household responsibilities.
• Daily assignments and priorities may change based on owner travel, household projects, guests, seasonal needs, or unexpected circumstances.
• Occasional evening, weekend, special-event, or overnight pet-care work may be required based on owner travel and household needs.
