House Manager

• →Create and Maintain household organization systems
• →Daily light tidying: dishes, surfaces, vacuuming, etc
• →Prepare home for bi-weekly cleaners
• →Daily zone refreshes: kitchen counter, sunroom, and toy area
• →Manage seasonal swaps: kids' clothing, coats, and decor
• →Donation coordination and drop-offs
• →Packing and unpacking for family travel
• →Replace batteries, lightbulbs, air filters, and other routine household maintenance items

• Manage running household supply lists and replenish household supplies and essentials
• Manage household orders and subscriptions (Costco/Amazon)
• Handle returns, dry cleaning drop-off and pick up, and occasional gift-shopping
• Mail and package handling; including breaking down boxes

• Wash, fold, organize, and put away laundry
• Linen rotation (strip, wash, and remake beds)
• Maintain a stocked and organized laundry room

• Collaborate on weekly meal planning and create a list accordingly
• Assist with light meal prep for children's dinner 3x per week (washing, chopping, marinating)
• Handle grocery shopping (delivery, pick-up, or in person)
• Keep the kitchen tidy and refreshed

• Provide bi-weekly date night coverage
• Serve as a backup for pick-ups or drop-offs (rare)

• Awareness of family calendar via Skylight (including school and household schedules)
• Research and schedule kids’ camp for summer and school closures
• Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed

• Oversee the bi-weekly cleaners, and any contractors and landscapers as needed
• Refresh outdoor spaces, including the front porch and back patio
• Water outdoor plants during the summer

• Weekly car clean out and gas run
• Schedule maintenance as needed

• Assist with occasional deep cleans: fridge, oven, baseboards, humidifiers
• Tackle organizational projects: toys, pantry, closets, gear, etc

• The family is anticipating adding a dog to their family in the spring
• Dog care (feeding, walking, scheduling vet appointments) will be requested in the future
