We are a busy family of 3 who recently moved into a new home and are excited to settle into this next chapter together. Our home is full of life, and activity, with the energy and joy that come from family life, work, and a growing calendar of adventures. We love spending time together, embracing a healthy lifestyle, and creating a home that feels comfortable, connected, and welcoming.
As we settle into our new space, we are looking for someone to become a trusted partner in helping turn our house into a home. As both parents balance demanding professional lives and family activities, the everyday details can sometimes feel overwhelming. We are looking for someone who can bring a sense of calm, structure, and organization to our household — someone who can help turn the moving boxes, busy schedules, and endless to-do lists into a home that feels peaceful and well cared for.
Our home is a place where there is always something happening, and we are excited about the opportunity to create thoughtful systems and routines that make daily life easier. We want everything to have a place, the laundry to stay under control, household needs to be anticipated, and the home to feel reset and ready for the next day. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys making a household run smoothly and understands how much of a difference a capable, experienced Household Manager can make in the life of a busy family.
We value kindness, reliability, open communication, and the people who help make our home feel like home. The right person will be welcomed into a warm, active household where their initiative, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to anticipate needs are truly appreciated. We are excited to find someone who can become a trusted part of our household rhythm while maintaining a professional, mutually respectful working relationship.
You are an experienced Household Manager who knows how to walk into a busy home, assess what needs attention, and create a plan. You are organized to a T, proactive but communicative, and naturally think several steps ahead. You take pride in creating order, maintaining systems, and ensuring the details don't fall through the cracks. You don't need to be micromanaged but work in a partnership— you take initiative, prioritize your time, and figure out the next right thing to do.
You understand that a well-run household is about more than keeping things tidy. It's about anticipating needs, creating systems that work, and making everyday life easier for the family you support. You find satisfaction in turning a busy household into a home that feels organized, functional, and manageable. Whether unpacking and decluttering, establishing laundry systems, coordinating household help, or resetting the home for the next day, you take ownership from start to finish.
You are warm, kind, and genuinely enjoy being around children, while understanding the importance of professional boundaries. You enjoy being a trusted presence in a family household and know how to maintain a healthy, professional working relationship. You communicate directly and clearly, welcome feedback, and appreciate a family who values honesty, reliability, and mutual respect.
You are detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture. You can manage a multi-level home, keep track of household supplies, schedules and ongoing needs, and handle the everyday tasks that allow a family to focus on what matters most. You are comfortable around pets, willing to assist with basic cat care, and aligned with a healthy approach to household living.
Above all, you are trustworthy, dependable, and take pride in being someone a family can truly count on. You bring competence and discretion, make life easier, and create a home that feels cared for. If you love creating order, bringing structure to a busy household, and making a meaningful difference in a family’s everyday life, we would love to welcome you into our home.
