• Creating a fun, warm environment for a school-aged child and teenagers alike

• Prep healthy, protein-forward meals/snacks/breakfasts 5x/week and plan meals 7x/week
• Batch-cooking of meals/snacks to leave fridge stocked for days off

• Grocery shopping for recipe items and pantry/fridge staples
• Follow dietary needs and preferences
• Kitchen clean-up and maintenance
• Occasional deep cleaning of fridge and disposal of expired items

• Calendar management of household schedules, including looking ahead for bottlenecks and identifying solutions
• Travel planning and logistics
• Household email management
• Receipt/budget tracking of expenses incurred as Household Manager
• Event and appointment coordination, including children’s activities/camps

• Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
• Manage running household supply lists

• Mail and package handling
• Breakdown boxes

• Create and maintain household organization systems
• Daily resets and prep home for weekly cleaners, including directing them on priorities
• Light tidying such as putting away dishes, wiping surfaces, and vacuuming high-traffic areas
• Seasonal swaps of clothing, décor, bedding
• Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs
• Event, holiday, and guest prep
• Packing/unpacking for travel
• Indoor plant care
• Change batteries, light bulbs, smoke detectors, etc.

• Oversee cleaners, contractors, landscapers
• Research and coordinate repairs and quotes
