Household Manager & Family Assistant (with Meal Prep Support)

• →Travel planning and logistics
• →Calendar awareness; support for scheduling doctor’s and wellness appointments and event coordination
• →Receipt and budget tracking for household spending
• →General life admin support

• Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies; manage running supply lists
• Manage household orders and subscriptions as an authorized user
• Handle returns, dry cleaning, gift shopping, mail, and packages
• Break down and remove boxes

• Wash, fold, and organize family laundry
• Special garment care and dry-cleaning drop-off
• Maintain a tidy, well-stocked laundry area

• Schedule maintenance for the family vehicle
• Fueling, cleaning, and organizing vehicle periodically
• Track registration and insurance renewals

• Oversee cleaners and contractors when present in the home
• Research and coordinate repairs and comparative quotes
• Seasonal outdoor maintenance: garden bed care and outdoor furniture upkeep as needed

• Ability to play with a toddler during family transitions
• Possibility of picking up toddler from school when family has unforeseen circumstance arise
• Comfort facilitating toddler’s play with local grandparent and helping where needed
