• Level I – New Hire/Entry-Level MA 
  Learn and build foundational clinical and patient care skills in the Sage Health Model of Care

• Level II – Intermediate MA 
  Expand into quality metrics, chronic disease management, and cross-training opportunities

• Level III – Senior/Lead MA 
  Mentor team members, support workflow optimization, and lead quality initiatives

• Level IV – Clinical Supervisor/Assistant Center Manager 
  Grow into leadership, supervision, and operational management responsibilities

Team members are eligible for promotional pay increases as they progress through the career ladder based on performance, certifications, training completion, and leadership development.

 About the role

• →High School Diploma or equivalent required
• →Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA) required
• →CPR certification required
• →Phlebotomy experience preferred
• →Experience in a Value Based Care (VBC) environment strongly preferred
• →Experience with EMR systems preferred
• →Minimum of 2 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
• →Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• →Experience working with geriatric or underserved populations preferred
• →Bilingual Spanish is a plus
