As soon as Mariah Carey belts out "It's Time," the holiday season is officially upon us, and at Saltbox we're gearing up to help small business owners conquer their busiest time of the year. We're looking for Seasonal Member Specialists to join our locations for peak season 2026.

Q4 is the season our members build their whole year around. Order volume climbs fast through November and December, and the support they get on our floor is often the difference between a good holiday season and a great one..

Most days you're on the warehouse floor: receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, keeping the dock moving, and jumping in wherever a member needs an extra set of hands. The pace picks up as the season goes on, and no two days look exactly alike. You'll work alongside a supportive team that keeps things fun even when it's busy.

• Receive, organize, and place inventory so members can always find what they need
• Process, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time to keep members on track
• Monitor the delivery dock and help unload trucks as needed

• Support members with day-to-day logistics tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules
• Communicate clearly and kindly, our members are small business owners in their most important season

• Show up on time and ready to work, the floor depends on every set of hands during peak
• Follow member instructions and safety standards with care and attention to detail

• Learn our receiving, shipping, and dock systems quickly
• Keep common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) clean, organized, and fully operational

• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific member requests with care
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment during the busy season
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with reasonable accommodation)
• Enthusiasm for supporting small businesses and getting involved in hands-on work
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management is a plus, but not required

Saltbox is excited to offer a seasonal hourly position with a base pay range of $20-$21, depending on your location. We understand that cost of living varies across our markets, and our compensation reflects that.
