Nursery Aide

• →Ensure a safe, orderly, structured environment for infants and preschool children in the nursery.
• →Supervise children during all activities in the nursery
• →Implement programs for children in the nursery including weekly Christian curriculum, structured entertainment and food needs
• →Supervise the volunteers that are assigned to assist
• →Meet with supervisor weekly to review nursery operations
• →Check in and out the children so they are safely returned to their appropriate parents or guardians
• →Maintain a positive work atmosphere and communicate in a manner that fosters good communication and relationships with clients, co-workers and supervisors. This includes such actions as conflict resolution, courteousness, respect for others’ property and person, and professional and appropriate communication
• →Ensure the nursery space is cleaned at the end of each shift
• →Document injuries or issues as they arise, properly informing parents and Corps Officers
• →Maintain confidentiality and enforce Safe From Harm guidelines
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Basic knowledge of TEAMS and SharePoint
• Willingness to learn new software as needed
