As Senior Influencer Strategist, reporting to the Global Strategist Lead, you will lead influencer marketing strategy for Prime Video Mexico, developing insight-driven creator strategies for local campaigns and supporting the Mexican market’s contribution to global campaigns. You will translate client briefs, research, and audience insights into strategic recommendations, develop budget estimates and performance forecasts, guide creative concepts, and oversee the Influencer Specialist team to ensure high-quality creator selection and content execution aligned with campaign objectives.

Translate client briefs into insight-led creator strategies grounded in campaign objectives and a deep understanding of Mexico’s influencer landscape.

Conduct research and collaborate closely with the Research team to inform strategic recommendations.

Build budget estimates based on CPM pricing and expected campaign performance.

Partner with Influencer Specialists to develop compelling creative concepts and provide clear guidance on execution.

Oversee creator nominations, review creator content, and ensure consistently high-quality work aligned with the brief and creative strategy.

Requirements

4-5+ years of influencer marketing experience within an agency.
Strong knowledge of Mexico’s creator ecosystem and influencer marketing landscape.
Proven ability to translate client briefs, research, and audience insights into effective influencer strategies.
Experience developing CPM-based budget estimates and performance forecasts.
Strong creative judgment, with the ability to turn strategic concepts into clear execution plans.
Experience leading or guiding Influencer Specialists and maintaining high standards across creator selection and content delivery.
Strong written and spoken English is required to collaborate effectively with international teams and contribute to global campaigns.
