Responsibilities

As a Residential Plumbing Installer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while creating a great experience for homeowners.

→Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water and gas lines
→Perform system diagnostics and ensure installations meet local codes and regulations
→Clearly explain options to homeowners and help them make informed decisions
→Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and team members
→Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
→Participate in the on-call rotation
→Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site
→Attend ongoing training to continue developing your skills

3+ years of residential plumbing experience
Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
Military experience welcomed and encouraged
