As a Residential Service Plumber, you’ll diagnose issues, present solutions, and deliver high-quality repairs while building trust with homeowners.

• →Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• →Present options to customers and help them make confident buying decisions
• →Install, maintain, and repair water and gas lines, fixtures, and appliances
• →Ensure all work meets local codes and quality standards
• →Manage your calls efficiently and work independently in the field
• →Communicate with dispatch, managers, and support teams
• →Complete job documentation accurately and on time
• →Participate in the on-call rotation
• →Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
• →Attend ongoing training to sharpen skills and increase performance

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience (service-focused preferred)
• Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers
• Sales-minded approach with a focus on helping—not pressuring
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Military experience welcomed and encouraged
