Curriculum Lead

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Curriculum Lead to join our team at Cadbury College on a full-time, permanent basis as well a separate opportunity to join us on a fixed term basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator and leader to play a key role in driving curriculum excellence, student achievement, and continuous improvement within a dynamic Further Education environment.

As Curriculum Lead, you will support the strategic and operational management of the curriculum area, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and student outcomes. You will work closely with teaching staff to drive quality improvement, curriculum innovation, and an outstanding learner experience.

The successful candidate will combine strong curriculum expertise with effective leadership skills, helping to motivate and support staff while ensuring programmes meet the needs of learners, employers, and industry.
