Program Security Representative II (PSR II) Location: JB Anacostia-Bolling, Washington, DC Salary: $132,031.06 Clearance Requirement Active security clearance required as defined by the Task Order. Candidates must be eligible for access to Special Access Program (SAP) information and willing to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph. Position Overview The Program Security Representative II (PSR II) provides multi-discipline security support for one or more Special Access Programs (SAPs). This role supports the protection of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), SAP, and collateral information in support of U.S. military operations. The selected candidate will provide day-to-day security support, conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities and risks, and ensure compliance with all applicable security directives, policies, and regulations. Key Responsibilities • Ensure strict adherence to the NISPOM, DoD Overprint, ICD, DCID, SAP policies, and related security directives • Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and collateral information • Provide day-to-day multi-discipline security support and continuously assess procedures for effectiveness and compliance • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks related to operational, training, and testing activities • Assist in developing, implementing, and conducting Operations Security (OPSEC) training programs • Provide contractor and subordinate facility assistance and oversight • Brief government personnel and senior civilian leadership on security-related topics • Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-on reviews, and facility close-outs • Monitor, track, and report corrective actions resulting from compliance inspections and reviews • Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff • Conduct preliminary inquiries involving loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified or sensitive information • Generate damage assessments related to security incidents involving classified information • Coordinate with SAP security personnel to incorporate lessons learned into security education and awareness programs Requirements MANDATORY: • 10–12 years of related security experience • Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) may count toward experience requirements, but no more than 5 years equivalent experience may be applied • Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) may count toward experience requirements • Maximum equivalent experience credited for SPED Certifications is 5 years total Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience (4 years equivalent accepted in lieu of degree) Security Requirements • Current active clearance as defined by the Task Order • Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information • Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence Polygraph Additional Information • This position supports high-visibility Department of Defense Special Access Programs and requires strict adherence to all security policies, procedures, and operational protocols.
