• Large scale Retail Banking migration (Required)
• Extensive relevant migration leadership experience (Required)

• Integrated testing & dress rehearsal strategy (Required)

• Relevant project, resilience or testing qualifications (Required)
• Degree level education or equivalent work experience (Preferred)

• Wave design (Required)
• Migration guardrails (Required)
• Runbooks (Required)
• Entry/exit criteria (Required)
• Regulatory & Part VII awareness (Required)

• Senior matrix leadership across business & technology (Required)
• Executive facilitation (Required)
• Structured decision making (Required)
• Great judgement under ambiguity (Required)
• Ability to challenge incomplete evidence and drive accountable closure (Required)
