Shop Foreman 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)

Sapp Bros is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our established Council Bluffs Service Center. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values safety, teamwork, and delivering 5-Star Service.

  Lead and support Service Writers, Lube Techs, and Diesel Technicians

• →

  Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty trucks and trailers

• →

  Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• →

  Train and mentor technicians to support ongoing development

• →

  Communicate clearly with customers and the service team

• →

  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment

• →

  Perform technician duties and assist with service truck operations as needed

• Experienced diesel or heavy-duty truck mechanic with supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel truck and trailer repair.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
• Positive attitude and a passion for serving others.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
