Food and Nutrition Manager (CDM)

As a Dietary Manager (i.e., Food and Nutrition Manager, Certified Dietary Manager, Nutritionist, Dietician, and/or Dietetic Tech), you will be responsible for managing the center's Food and Nutrition Program. You will supervise the preparation and service of planned menus, nourishments, and supplements, provide nutrition education to residents, patients, and their families, and provide oversight and management of the center's Dietary Aides and Cooks.
