• Provide comprehensive support in building project deliverables.
  
  

• Prepare clear meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to maintain project momentum.
  
  

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and calls with internal and external stakeholders. 
  
  

• Maintain and organize project documentation, databases, and progress trackers.
  
  

• Conduct secondary research to inform strategy and implementation.
  
  

• Analyse program data to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
  
  

• Contribute to the development of presentations, concept notes, and strategy documents.
  
  

• Synthesize research findings into concise summaries and talking points for client engagements.
  
  

• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and problem-solving discussions.
  
  

• Support in preparing materials for stakeholder meetings and presentations.
  
  

• Draft professional communications, emails, and follow-ups for senior client leadership, experts, and partner organizations.
  
  

• Assist in coordination and documentation of stakeholder discussions.
  
  Who We’re Looking For
  Educational Background

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree related to development studies or management.
  
  Core Skills

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
  
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  
  

• High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
