Contract Recruiter

The Contract Recruiter is a member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for supporting workforce growth and talent acquisition activities for South Carolina manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for communicating with hiring managers to discuss talent needs and necessary requirements, as well as communicate with candidates and new hires to ensure a smooth hiring transition. The position will operate out of the Ellabell, GA office. Mobis Corporate Center of America will be recruiting for this role.

• Bachelor degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting or HR experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and Microsoft Office.

• Manufacturing or automotive recruiting experience.
• Plant start-up experience.
• ATS/HRIS experience.
• SHRM or PHR certification.

• Occasional travel for recruiting events and business needs.
