With over 500 people across offices in multiple countries, we combine deep research expertise, proprietary technology and high-impact consulting to give our clients a complete view of their markets, their customers and their competitors.

At the heart of Savanta is a talented Client Services/Operations team which delivers research and data services to a wide portfolio of internal clients.

Joining Savanta means joining a supportive, engaging team that takes real pride in its work. You’ll be guided by more senior colleagues who will help you get to know our projects, clients, and ways of working, so you can learn quickly and build confidence from the start.

About the Role

We are looking for a conscientious, well organised individual to join as a Project Coordinator.

Working closely with our Research divisions while reporting to Project Managers in Client Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Working within a cross-function project team delivering project excellence, including:
    • Joining and contributing to kick-off calls to discuss the project
    • Reviewing questionnaires, checking data and testing survey links;
    • Coordinating commissioned projects and assisting the fulfilment of project requirements while communicating progress to project leads and clients;
    • Liaising with internal teams throughout the project life cycle (Sampling, Data Services)
    • Supporting on project financials, such as reconciling at the end of the project to deliver projects to brief and within budget;
  • Being a committed member of the team, supporting team members and sharing knowledge and learnings.
  • Communicate openly with our Tech & Product teams to shape the future of our tools and ways of working

You’ll become an active part of the team responsible for ensuring the smooth running of research projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on role designed to give you the practical experience to build your confidence and enable you to produce high-quality work while developing your career at pace.

You’ll be supported by a team and are encouraged to seek guidance from experienced colleagues, ask how and why things are done, and learn from their approach to projects and clients.

The role is predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork, although knowledge of other methodologies is beneficial.

This position will include working with various Research divisions which include the Public, Financial Services and Consumer sectors. You’ll play a key role in delivering data that our Research teams will turn into timely, actionable insight that makes a real difference. You’ll work across live projects with concise timelines, varied stakeholders, and clear outcomes, and you’ll see the impact of your work on the decisions it informs.

This role will be based in our London office, with the expectation to be in the office 1-2 days a week.

About You
