Responsibilities

→ Manage daily property operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and related services.
→ Ensure service quality, property cleanliness, maintenance, and overall operational standards.
→ Handle tenant/guest complaints and build strong relationships with tenants and long-stay guests.
→ Coordinate with Leasing, Finance, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and business performance.
→ Manage service contracts, vendors, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, expenses, and revenue collection.
→ Recruit, train, coach, and manage the operations team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
→ Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and operational standards.
→ Prepare regular operational reports and support the Developer/Landlord in project handover activities.
→ Identify and implement improvements to enhance property value, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including 3 years in a management role.
Experience in property/building management; experience in office buildings, serviced apartments, or hotels is preferred.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, manage multiple tasks, and respond flexibly to operational situations
