Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinating with organization's experts and department's leaders to develop training materials and training agenda.
- →Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- →Map out training plan for employee working at sites and head office.
- →Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
- →Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training.
- →Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
- →Measure and track training effectiveness; training assessment.
- →Develop and manage reporting, metrics and insights for training.
- →Manage logistics and record keeping for training activities at project sites.
- →Develop and maintain relationships with internal experts throughout the organization & vendors.
Requirements
~1 min readBSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
At least 2 years' experience in the same position.
Proficient English (both speaking and writing).
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
