Build the Foundation for Scale: Drive the strategy behind building robust financial policies, automated workflows, and global processes that power our rapid expansion. Transform manual processes to streamline our month-end close cycle from two weeks down to one.
Fuel Executive Strategy: Own the financial data and reporting integrity that directly informs board-level, investor, and executive decision-making for a Series B leader valued at $300M.
Lead at a Global Scale: Direct and mentor a high-performing team of 15 finance professionals (primarily based in India) across 14 global subsidiaries, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Thrive in High-Momentum Tech: Bring your expertise to a dynamic, fast-paced SaaS leader at the intersection of enterprise security and cutting-edge AI.

Oversee and manage the company's global accounting operations and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to US GAAP and local statutory standards across 14 international entities.

Direct an international team of approximately 15 finance professionals—primarily based in India—and manage complex multi-entity statutory requirements.

Drive continuous process improvements, leveraging modern software and AI-driven tools (e.g., NetSuite, FloQast, Tipalti, Concur) to automate workflows and shorten close timelines.

Ensure all financial transactions and reporting meet rigorous government regulations and compliance along with board, bank, and investor reporting standards.

Collaborate with various internal teams to gather financial data and support operational objectives.

Lead, inspire, and mentor a growing team of accounting professionals, guiding them through change management and operational scaling.

Implement and refine accounting policies and procedures to support company growth and operational scalability.

Deep understanding of US GAAP and hands-on experience in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction financial consolidations and local statutory reporting for global subsidiaries.

Big 4 public accounting background combined with experience in high-growth, hyperscaler, or brand-name technology environments.

Proven appetite and track record for process automation, workflow optimization, and modernizing manual accounting environments.

Proficiency in NetSuite ERP and familiarity with modern accounting technologies (e.g., FloQast, Concur, Tipalti).

Strong background in managing day-to-day accounting operations including AP, T&E, leases, commissions, corporate card, expense policy management, month-end close, and GL management.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex financial data to executive leadership and board members.

Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience.

Active CPA or CMA certification required.

Big 4 public accounting experience required.

Proven experience in a senior accounting leadership role within a growing technology or SaaS company.

Preferred location: US East Coast or Central time zone (for optimal daily collaboration with our India-based team).
