Sawyer Staffing is hiring a Production Associate for a growing manufacturing company in Greenville, SC. We are looking for dependable individuals with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Monday-Wednesday, possibly more days if needed.
• Initial hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

• →Operate and monitor a production processing line
• →Ensure chemicals are maintained at proper levels
• →Monitor fabric throughout the production process to prevent errors
• →Perform quality checks and remain attentive while the line is running
• →Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe, organized work area
• →Complete general production and housekeeping tasks during downtime
• →Work as part of a two-person team to keep production running efficiently

• Must pass a background check & drug test
• Have a valid DL
• Mechanical aptitude required
• Ability to read and write
• Forklift experience preferred
• Textile manufacturing or textile finishing experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be detail-oriented and able to stay focused during repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment
• Steel-toe boots required
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools are a plus
