Ensure compliance with various regulatory agencies including FAA, FCC, along with any federal and state government agencies.

Responsibilities

→Review environmental (NEPA, EA, Phase I) reports and file with FCC accordingly.
→Review, investigate and note any regulatory discrepancies for all towers.
→Report towers to FAA and FCC within required time frames and track FAA/FCC status of all sites.
→Provide support to the Associate General Counsel of Regulatory Compliance
→Inform field offices of new FAA and FCC regulations as they change.
→Advise and negotiate with the field offices on problem sites.
→Participate in and coordinate FCC environmental evaluations.
→Order SHPO/THPO consultation services for tower leasing.
→Manage RTP process with NBG.
→Manage RTP process for tower replacements.
→Manage FCC FRN accounts.
→Manage the CRM violations tracker.
→Daily data entry in the property management database.
→Daily contact with field personnel, clients, government agencies and environmental consultants.
→Other projects and duties as assigned.

→BA/BS required
- →7+ years experience with governmental compliance process
→Previous experience with environmental regulations preferred.
→Knowledge of tower industry preferred/
→Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge and ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Internet navigation and email.

→BA/BS required.
- →7+ years experience with governmental compliance process.

→Previous experience with environmental regulations preferred.
→Knowledge of tower industry preferred.
→Must demonstrate intermediate knowledge and ability to work with MS Word, Excel, Internet navigation and email.
→Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and/or governmental regulations.
→Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area and volume.

→Ability to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
