  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and technically strong team by asking questions, sharing knowledge, and offering help to others.

  • Develop technical skills through online research, training, technical communities, forums, webinars, and guidance from experienced colleagues.

  • Take part in special projects and other assignments that support Resideo’s strategic goals.

  • Represent Resideo professionally and contribute to products that help customers protect what matters most.

  • Collaboration, open communication, and a willingness to learn from, share with, and support other developers.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, a natural interest in technology, and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with Git and GitHub Actions.

  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar tools used to plan, document, and deliver work.

  • A customer-focused mindset and a desire to help people protect what matters most through secure, intelligent, and contextual connected experiences.
